Report a claim directly to your insurer. StoneRidge’s claims directory provides insurer reporting links and phone numbers, including after-hours contacts where available.

Start with safety.
For an emergency or immediate danger, call 911.
After an auto incident
Move to safety if possible, exchange driver information, and photograph the scene and damage. Follow applicable police reporting requirements and contact your insurer.
After property damage
Limit further damage only when safe. Photograph damage before cleanup, retain damaged items unless unsafe, and keep emergency repair or accommodation receipts. Notify your insurer promptly.
What to have ready
Your policy number, incident date and time, a description, contact details for involved people or witnesses, any police report number, and photos or video.
